I just completed a very similar analysis in Nashville and found that the average home price fell by 1.4%, but that the sales volume has increased by more than 28%. That increase total price voume more than made up for the slight drop in price and it sounds like you have the exact same situation in Salt Lake.

Regarding the dogs, all I know is what I included in my e-mail. They need a home for two years while their owner is working outside of the country. They don’t get along with cats, and it sounds like it would be better if there weren’t other dogs either. They’re housebroken, and have a lot of energy.

Hi Beverly,

I believe that we met at the HEAL Utah fundraiser. I am a friend of Liz Mallen’s (I’m the owner of Aspen Roofing and Marquis WIndows). I understand you are trying to locate a home for a couple of doggies. Can you tell me a little bit more about them (how old they are, how soon they need to be placed, etc.) I have a friend that works at Petco and has helped me place homes for animals in the past.

I’m also wondering if you have finalized your home improvement plans or if you are still open for bids?

That’s good to hear. What size home do you have, and how many people rely on the heated water? I’m going to be installing an energy efficient tankless water system in my own home soon, and looking forward to the cost savings. Thanks for your post.

We just installed a tankless water heater and love it. It’s takes up less space, is very clean and quite. Heats the water as needed and its does it very efficiently, I highly recommend installing one.
